Our metal Woodpecker silhouettes are time tested protection against damage caused by woodpeckers to wood power line poles and wood homes, cabins, and other structures. The likeness to a living bird makes other woodpeckers avoid the occupied territory.
Choose from our northern flicker silhouette (p/n #WP-100-FLI) or the larger pileated woodpecker silhouette (p/n #WP-100-PIL). The northern flicker silhouette includes special UV paint that stands out in the visual spectrum of woodpeckers. Both silhouettes are painted both sides, then finished with a high quality transparent coating.
Made from 1.5mm thick aluminum plate, the Woodpecker bird diverters are tough and durable, ready to screw into place where needed. They come with rust-resistant screws (6.5 x 50mm). There is also a 13mm hole for clipping into a snap-hook while climbing poles.
